CFlo World Limited has announced the launch of the Combo X220, the newest addition to its patented Combo wet processing range. The Combo X220 is the largest model in CFlo’s X-Series, designed for medium- to large-scale sand processing operations. Designed to deliver higher throughput, consistent sand quality, and industry-leading water efficiency, the Combo X220 brings these capabilities together in a single modular platform.
Staying true to CFlo’s belief that perfect sand is engineered, the Combo X220 integrates all key stages of wet processing - Feeding, screening, classification, dewatering, water recycling, sludge handling, and stockpiling on one factory-built chassis. This fully integrated design simplifies site layout, reduces civil work, and delivers stable performance throughout the plant’s operating life.
With a feed capacity of 220-250 tph, the Combo X220 is engineered to process minus 5 mm feed material containing up to 10–15% silt, producing construction-grade sand with controlled grading and 10-12% moisture, suitable for direct use in concrete and infrastructure projects. The single-module architecture allows operators to scale output without adding complexity or footprint.
Water efficiency remains a core feature of the system. The integrated Hydromax water recycling system and Easysettle sludge bay manager enables up to 95% water recovery, eliminating the need for large sludge ponds and significantly reducing freshwater consumption. Optimized process design keeps installed power at approximately 230 kW, delivering high productivity with a low energy footprint for its capacity class.
The Combo X220 is designed for fast deployment and long-term reliability. Supplied in 14 high-cube containers, the plant is quick to install, relocate, and recommission. Standard features include PLC-based controls with touchscreen interface, galvanised walkways, improved maintenance access, and robust wear protection, ensuring safe and consistent operation across diverse site conditions.
